We are now looking for experienced sous chef to help run the team at this stunning sustainable gastro operation near Godalming. This really is a perfect job for a foodie chef as everything comes straight from their own farm. The venue makes everything from fresh with onsite butchery and if not home grown, uses as many local suppliers as possible.
If that isn't enough the owners understand about life/work balance so also offer a 4 day week.

What we require - Sous Chef
• Previous junior sous or sous chef experience to a high quality fresh food level
• To support the Head Chef making everything from scratch
• A willingness to learn and a desire to progress within your career
• Strong communication skills
