Our Operations Chefs play a pivotal role in the success of the business. Working closely with the ops manager you will manage an area of between 6-8 sites. The ideal candidate would be an ops or area chef in restaurants with some fresh food and branded experience, looking to become part of a team in a company with a big future. Operations Chef – What we need from you:
•The ability and understanding to train and develop your team in all aspects from stocks, rotas, food safety to food SOP and presentation
•A real people person with excellent communication skills
